Payments
are due at the time of service. The office accepts the following
methods of payment:
Cash,
Check, Credit Cards (Discover, Mastercard, & Visa) or
Care Credit (No Interest Loan).
In
situations were bridges, crowns, dentures, and partials are
involved, the following alternative payment arrangements may
be made:

Insurance
patients: Patient's portion of insurance fee is due on the
above schedule.
Care
Credit - Interest free loans
This
is a credit plan that allows you to pay for your dental care
with an interest free loan for 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months
depending on the amount of the loan. The higher the amount
the more months are given for an interest free loan.
The
short application form requires two forms of Identification
- driver's license and another form of identification. Confirmation
of eligibility takes about five minutes.
